- Engineered security and observability into the platform: secrets never written to logs, layered access permissions, and a full audited change history.
- Redesigned network topology to isolate the imaging and WDS network from corporate traffic.
- Re-architected company infrastructure: segmented the technical, office and phone networks, and automated backups across three locations to remove single points of failure.
- Integrated AI into operational workflows with human review — overnight AI-assisted equipment staging, operational-data retrieval, script and snippet generation, document summarisation, and an email-triage automation that verifies the sender domain and routes summarised leads to the sales pool.
